We attempt to ship your order as soon as we receive it. At times when we have all teams gone to shows there
may be a 3 day delay at most.

Return policy:
Customers sometimes ask what our return policy is. We aim for complete customer satisfaction in a way that is both
honest and fair to all parties. We beleive in truth. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we want to hear about
it with a detailed description of what you think may be wrong. Let us know if something is not right and we will
do what we can to make it right. If a product is defective it will be replaced. We need to have you contact us by mail, email
or phone before you return an item. We will then determine if it should be returned and give you an RMA number (return merchandise
authorization). This number must be marked on the outside, clearly, of the returned package. Packages without this RMA number
are automatically refused and returned unopened.
